Trial & error is what works for everybody. Body chemistry and metabolic rates determine what's effective. Jack3d gives me the best workout but it almost puts me in a coma later. I'm using Plasmatic right now and see good results.

Agree with that. Trial & error is how you find out what works for you. I like Jack3d but it it bothers my stomach after I take it.
 
Do you take it on an empty stomach, kwebb? Or do you eat something with it? Or does it even make a difference for you?

I've already ordered it. No turning back now.


Now to get motivated for back day. I just can't do it. I don't know why, but I absolutely hate back day! No deadlifts this week. I'm gonna start doing them every other week, with squats every week on legs day.
 
Okay, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're being sarcastic, and not actually trying to kill me.

Or maybe first I'll ask you to specify what you mean by "do both."
 
As in use both simultaneously?

Why don't you test that out for me and report back. Be sure to work in lots of high intensity cardio.

I have been for almost 2 weeks. OEP & PES shift twice a day & jack3d pre workout. Been doing cardio 4 days a week Tuesday-Friday.

It is a good pre-workout, It does not make a difference when I take it, I have a pretty weak stomach to begin with. I usually do not take pre-workouts. If I have a good meal I am good to go.

I could see using jack3d pre-workout and then OEP in the morning or afternoon, whenever opposite your workout. But, using the full dosage of each daily is just asking for a stroke. Jack3d has all the ingredients of OEP. Why not just sub it out pre-workout?

I will be doing jack3d Mon-Thurs and then OEP Fri-Sun.

I keep taking OEP 20 minutes before I plan to work out, then I get stuck at work late or something and wind up working out an hour after I take it. Sometimes it feels like the caffeine is already wearing off at that point and I really have no energy to work out. I'm gonna start waiting to take it until I'm on my way out the door.

They definitely don't work in the same way. There's usually a couple hours between the OEP & jack3d & I didn't start with the max dosage of either.
 
Well, I would keep an eye on your blood pressure, man. Don't let it get too high.

I've never had a problem with blood pressure. Even when I think it's high it's always spot on. Btw I've taken the good ole ephedra stimulants back in the day & never any problems other than my hair crawling & dry mouth.
 
My blood pressure has always been well within normal, but sometimes within the hour after dosing OEP, even if it's not a workout dose, it feels like my heart is beating through my chest trying to get blood out to my body. I think I'm gonna take a BP reading when I get home Friday.

And I'm only taking 2 capsules a day.

I always eat a Supreme Protein bar before I lift with my preworkout. Those things are delicious!
 
There's this guy that brings his laptop in and does some sort of Insanity or P90x or something in the corner of my gym. Doesn't bother me, except he will take like 4 or 5 sets of dumbells back with him and keep them there for the whole hour or two that he's in the gym. It's so annoying.

Yesterday, he had the 20s, 25s, 30s, 35s and 40s, and nobody else could use them without going up and taking them from him. I just wanted to tell him "buy a set of dumbells and cancel your membership. It will pay for itself."

that would piss me off, go over and grab the DB's from him. if he says anything just say you can't use all of them!
 
There should be an employee monitoring this. Paying members shouldn't have to step in to resolve the problem.
