I guess it depends on what kind of fat. Monounsaturated is the fat you want to eat but I have no clue if dairy products are made of that kind

Yes you want mono and poly unsaturated. For these I use canola oil, alomnds, or natural peanut butter.

Fat is not evil.

No ****, you want mono and polyunsaturated fats. Not trying to be a dick, just figured you were referencing my post above. I just mean that the fat from whole milk is not good IMO.

Okay. I'm getting bored with my workout. I've been on pretty much the same routine for 12 weeks straight now, and I wanna switch it up. Let's hear some of your chest busting routines!

Overkill on incline press and flies is a nice way to shock the system.
 
Not happy about the back of my thighs. Phooey. But I guess I'll live with it cause I'm not giving up deadlifts or other hamstring exercises.
 
Is the machine any good, or do I need to use the cables? For flys, that is.

I like DBs, machines, and cables. I'm a strong advocate of using all different methods/angles. I rarely do cables cause I have to drag a bench 1/4 mile, but I actually did them last week, and they were fantastic.
 
Just the shape. It's not hulk thighs or anything. But I don't like the muscle showing like it does. I'd rather just be slim and toned and perfect. :eek:lol:

Hamstrings showing is toned and perfect, maybe just not slim, but only weirdoes dig skinny chicks. I think hammys are the second sexiest part of a girl's leg.
 
I don't know why, but I hate leg day, but every time afterwards I feel like the freakin man! Wonder why?

Working out your legs helps to release Testosterone (as well as GH I believe). That would help explain your manly feelings. Now go squat and club something to death.
 
Should I drop OEP for Jack3d for the second half of my C20? I see Jack3d is the same thing, just caffeine and DMAA, except it has a few other ingredients, including creatine.

Trial & error is what works for everybody. Body chemistry and metabolic rates determine what's effective. Jack3d gives me the best workout but it almost puts me in a coma later. I'm using Plasmatic right now and see good results.
