Anybody tried Cyclo-Bolan?

I'll second that. Tried Juggernaut and thought it was horrible.

On another note I hit a milestone on my cut. I'm back below 200 as of this morning. Down 24 pounds and 3/4 of the way to my goal.

Great job! I am through 16 weeks and down 32lbs, sitting at 189. Strength is still the same which is a plus.

Billy, you do know that orals are worse for you. They have to run through the body dealing with the organs. If you are wanting to do orals, you might as well do the real thing and take the needle IMO.

Billy, I think you should save your money. Instead of buying steroids, polo shirts, and vacations in Destin, you should stay at home and fix up that ****ty house of yours

Yeah I like to come to this thread to read about weightlifting, not steroids. And especially not some jackass talking about steroids.

What supplements can I take to make my... most important muscle strong and healthy?

My heart, that is. :) what did you think I was talking about?

But seriously, let's talk about super sets. What is everyone's opinion on them? I do super sets on arms day and intermix bis with tris, but not for any scientific reason. Just because it's the most efficient way to get in and out, while still giving my muscles rest between sets.

But I've read all kinds of differing opinions on them.

What, specifically are the advantages and best place to implement them?

My favorite advantage is the cardio aspect of it, supersets can basically amount to HIIT if you're working hard enough. You can implement them anywhere with antagonizing muscle groups, i.e. biceps/triceps, quadriceps/hamstrings, chest/back, etc.

The downside is that you won't be able to lift as much as you normally would if you were just doing the typical set-90s rest-set deal.
