The Weightlifters Thread

My summer class has been messing up my mojo. Hit it hard tonight and am going to try to get back into a solid routine. I think I'm going to switch it up and go 5x5 for a while.
 
Ugh. Have to go in right after work today. I bet it'll be crowded as crap. Doing chest tonight. Hope there will be a bench open since it's not Monday.
 
Was really proud of myself for finally making it in the gym today after work. I was getting dangerously close to becoming unmotivated. I was in Vegas 3 weeks ago for work, did a half assed workout the following week, then on vacation for a week. I'm in Memphis for work the next two days, so I had to squeeze in push/legs, and I'll do a pull workout when I get back. It will be a nice low stress week to get back into things.
 
I've finally committed to getting down to around 200 lbs which means laying off the serious lifting for a while. Running and calisthenics for now.
 
Chest Mondays. BOOM!

I've started going later on Monday, because the gym is so packed. Workout was a breeze. The benches were all open and as a bonus, the smokin' hot blonde works out around 1, it seems. When I workout later, I get a little eye candy while I lift.

It's rare in my small gym, at lunch time.
