The Weightlifters Thread

I did focus more when I did the squat tract. Sumo squats were on my workout too, and I paid a lot of attention when I did them. It's just a really hard area to target. The inner thigh above the knee is hard to get to for me. Upper inner thigh is ok, it's the lower part that pisses me off. lol

Prob just need the Brazilian Butt Lift dvd set.

What's your typical back day include?

I have discovered the fine art of focusing on using my back on flat bench. It's almost like a row of sorts. I started out on light weight, and now I have built my way up weight wise to what I am able to do on bench for chest. Then I do T-bar, standing bent over reverse flies, lat pull down, and straight leg dead lifts. The back is a tricky thing to work, but there is only so much you can do for it.
