What is the rotator cuff work you do. Also, what is pulsing?
If you're having shoulder problems it could be from an imbalance of movements.I don't do a lot of rotator cuff stuff that I'm aware of. I know one video specifically mentions it, and you lie on your side with your elbow at 90º with a 5lb weight and lift up and down.
Pulsing is just doing a very small movement either at the upper end or lower end of the movement. For lunges, you pulse before you ever come completely up out of the movement. That make sense?
