just spent 211.36 on BodyBuilding.com and 49.45 on LockoutSupplements.com. It's time to get back swole.

I'm guessing you got a pro hormone from lockout?

Also, starting a bulking cycle. Trying to get up to 19" arms with a pump. I'm 200 right now, if I could bulk pretty cleanly to 215 or so I'd be quite happy.
 
Only thing about prohormones after about a month and a half my penis won't get very hard. But I'll be swole and cycle off so it's worth it.
 
I was about done working out this morning when an old man walked in. He was wearing rec specs and had short shorts and high socks. I kind of laughed to myself about it. Then he laid down and started repping 225. Can't judge a book by it's cover

Not really weight lifting but I'm about to start Insanity with some people from work.

Anyone completed it? Advice? Warnings?
 
I haven't done it, but it just looks like calisthenics taken to the nth degree. I'm sure it's a fantastic way to stay fit and cut fat.
