Haven't worked out in months after successfully dieting my way down about 25lbs. Just went in today, and decided to go head first. Whole body workout. Varied from 4x8-4x12 and 7x7 depending on lift/weight, and didn't take breaks of longer than 45 seconds except three times for water the entire workout.
Squats
Deadlifts
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Calf raises (2 different ways)
Lat pull-downs
Pull-ups
Upright rows
Lateral delt raises
Dumbbell bench press
Dumbbell incline flies
Shoulder press
Concentration curls
Hammer curls
Tricep dips
Tricep extensions
And about 100 crunches
Then a 20 minute jog/run
It took every ounce of concentration I had to walk down a few flights of stairs. Maybe this whole thing was a bad decision.
