Little weight? That's 235lbs which looks like it could be as much as 150% of his body weight.
I think going heavy is a mistake. It makes you more vulnerable to injury, and I'm convinced if you lift properly you can get the same results with less weight.
i disagree, I believe you should vary your rep ranges. I hit everything twice a week with both lower reps (3-5)and higher (8-15). I have seen great results. I heavy squat and deadlift in the same workout, 3-5 reps. I believe you should warm-up properly and not be stupid.
Dang it! My wife is the hottest chick in our gym. Maybe its because I go during the day, but there's absolutely no tail at all!
if my wife knew what the women in the gym looked like....I WOULD NOT BE A MEMBER THERE.....
We have some big ass boys in there also...I am one of them but nowhere as cut as they are....but I am one of the strongest...after being married for 12 yrs I am more worried about whether I can throw somebody threw a wall more than having a 6 pack....
P.S. I LOVE FOOD TOO MUCH FOR A 6 PACK ANYWAY
