Breast and it's $2 per lb. It's frozen but it's really good. That may not sound good bit It's better than non-frozen chicken at the grocer. Also ASAP science claims frozen is better for you than people think.

I almost always get the frozen bags too. Not as cheap as you're getting them of course. Wish there was a Costco near by.

Hey guys.

I'm new to the thread, and yes, I train legs.

I make my own preworkout and it's stout. I can give my recipe if anyone wants

one of the most useless lifts there is.

Not really. It defines under cut of the pecs and works your triceps pretty good. I quit doing declines and found dips with a 45 belted on to be so much effective. Probably the best overall body impact exercise you can do.

I remember getting stalled on the hack squat with 785 on the rack at 6AM alone in the gym. I was stuck with no help! I sat there in the squat position for a few minutes, put my hands on my knees, and pushed like hell. Got it up enough to lock it out and survive. Number 7 on my list of stupidest things I have done in my life.

So what are everyone's goals for 2015?

I want to squat 400 lbs. & have a successful cut that gets me to single digit body fat %

Current stats:

160
10% BF

Bench 245
Squat 355

I am trying to get 170 lbs at 8%, so I will have a mini-cut in April, then bulk though the summer and try to get close to my goal weight. I use LeanGains protocol during my cut, and also during my bulk, until the gains stop, then I will begin to eat the same amount of calories, but no feeding window.

Bench, 260
Squat 375

I cycle my strength work, so I don't see huge gains, but my current stats are both PR. I have a really slim frame (6.5 inch wrists).

I4Jay, if you end up in here...

The pineapple goes down nice and easy. They sell it on the roadside for about 66 cents per bag, so it's a nice and easy way to get some tasty carbs with no prep work. Nothing magical about it, just preference.

I also dig some frozen raspberries in yogurt, and blueberries in oats for other carb treats.

I'm with you. Decline is as productive as the other angles, IMO, and it's the safest.

I've gone through about 10 weeks of Bill Starr's 5x5 program while also bulking due to it being the Winter Months and me not really caring. I've partly given in to bulking because the antidepressant I'm on causes me to retain weight anyways. I'll be coming off the antidepressant soon so I'd like to start cutting back down here in the next few weeks. If anyone could share a plan or ways to keep from indulging yourself would be awesome.

Current stats:
~180 pounds
~ 15% BF

I have never weighed this much in my entire life. I've always been a rather lean guy and even though I did this on purpose it's starting to kill me. I'd like to drop about to around 165 and get back well below 10% BF.

Bench - Not sure on single rep max, but my 5rep max is currently 230.
Squat - current 5rep max is 300

I'm going to get back into doing cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays even though that will put a lot of stress on my body.

I have 0 problems with disciplining my diet. On the week, I am within 4 calories of my target, lol.

Intermittent Fasting is really good for cutting, IMO. I lost nearly 40 pounds on that concept Jan-June last year, cutting to 8.45% BF. If you are not familiar. You can research LeanGains or what Andy Morgan has followed up with.

If you are feeling stress on your body from cardio, I would recommend keeping it at a minimum and using diet manipulation alone.

I would also reccomend a reverse pyramid training model during a cut, going heavy in the range of 5-7 for two sets per exercise, just to try to maintain strength/muscle mass in the midst of a cut. Too much volume during a cut can kill ya.

I ran a 3 day split,
Chest, Tri, Shoulder
Back Bi's
Legs
