Exactly, I would not stop being a friend if told, but loving tell him God said this is a sin. Again, just like alcoholism, drugs etc, everyone has a sin they struggle with.

Yep. Had one say that he would rather not be gay if he had a choice. But there are more stories now because of more media and social networks and people aren't afraid to say it anymore. There are also many more people in the world.

Ok, looks like it finally made sense to you. You get now. I don't hate gays, just don't want to watch them play football. I don't hate women either, and I don't want to watch them play football too.

My original post wasn't meant to be political or religious. I'm just saying I don't want to watch gays play football. So, Ron assumed I was a gay hating homophobe.

If you were a NFL player and didn"t want to share the same showers and locker room with a homosexual because you don't want to have your junk looked at, would that be reasonable request to have. I wouldn't want a guy lusting after me while Im standing there all naked and beautiful. Just sayin

SIAP- but this kind of puts things into perspective. I'm so glad he didn't fall into the path of his brothers. It really is a commendable thing to come out like this, IMO. Mucho respect for the guy.

You're trying to make God seem human and incapable of perfection. Fact is no one can fathom the power of God and quite frankly it's good we can't. He wouldn't be worth believing in if we could answer every single question about Him.
