Such a reasonable process to change a couple of light bulbs....remove the whole front end....

I haven't seen a pit in a looooong time. I thought they all got filled due to liability issues.

I know....that's my pet peeve. I was intentionally overstating it.

Cheap a** plastic that turns yellow or opaque after a few years that requires front end disassembly just to be able to see.

I agree completely. They make stuff now where you'll have to take it to a dealer, or replace the whole thing.

So a regular client of mine bought a second mountain home in Turtletown. It needs some work. The former owners dog has returned to the house....twice. We have decided to respect the dogs wishes. People are only there once a week so we’ve modified the home for the dog.

First. A dog feeder that refills itself as the dog eats. And a 4 foot by 4 foot dog room under the laundry room that has HVAC

We had to create access in the house for the dog. We used old trim that was laying around to match the rest of the house .
