I’ve never cooked with leeks, but I’ve always been intrigued with using them. I just haven’t taken the time to incorporate them into anything yet. I have to have that feeling when I finally do. Love the rest of your fall garden.

@Behr Do you ever cook with leeks? I’d like to find an onion relative that doesn’t cook down into (tasty) oblivion in stews etc. Something that holds its shape and flavor pop. I guess there’s pearl onions, but curious about interesting ways to use leeks in cooking.
