The big dog of big dogs here at work came out a little bit ago. He said he heard I was leaving, and I told him all about it. He said he seriously hates for me to leave, but he understands completely because of the benefits. He said it'll be hard to replace someone they know they can depend on to do their job, and works like me. He wished me the best, and said if for some reason it doesn't work out, that I've always got a job here anytime I want it. Made me feel good about how they feel towards me.
