This is how Sarah Palin is destroying the McCain campaign

Ok, she's a very popular governor of Alaska. That's great, but I'm not ready to take the plunge based on the opinion of a bunch of half-baked Alaskans. Seriously, she needs to be able to prove herself to the American people. She needs to be able to articulate her vision. Articulate. Her record in Alaska (is it good?) doesn't mean anything to me -- especially if she can't articulate it beyond basic talking points.

What piece of crap politician has done that in the past 20 years?

they're not all half baked. I'm sure some of them finish the job when they get it started, unless they're broke.

I'm wishing Obama would not become our president and I'm cool with it happening that way.

i'm not happy about the choice on the other side either. but i do know i don't trust the VP candidate with the intelligence of a moose.

really, it's damned if you do and damned if you don't.

Doesn't that create problems for you every time a Governor runs for President then?

It's really hard to tell from that whether or not you meant Biden or Palin!

are you trying to imply something so silly as 700K people don't have as many divergent ideas and ideals and 7 million?

Newsflash, personal agendas happen in Alaska too.

Yes. I think it does make a difference. I'll put it this way, if Sarah Palin left Alaska and became governor of Florida or New York for example, do you think her popularity numbers would go down?

yes, but over ideology. Similarly, our idiotic Speaker could never get her whiny liberal arse elected in Nebraska.

At worst it will be a draw....... and that would only be if he showed up sober.

Biden is an idiot....... all she has to do is let him talk.

No, at best it will be a draw. At worst, it will be an absolute disaster. Three weeks ago, I was sure she would do quite well against Biden, now I'm convinced that they're doing everything they can to prevent this debate from even happening. Not a bad strategy when you're dealing with a complete neophyte who is obviously NOT a quick study as some have suggested.
