This is not normal: Trump's tweet storm

What is there to investigate? What's the crime? When did comedians making fun of potus become an investigation? Is he that big of a wuss? There is nothing he could do to SNL besides tweet paranoid little threats

So we agree he could actually have it done if he wanted. Thanks for playing.

Careful, you're going to get called out for making an inaccurate post.

Edit: never mind I didn't see it was you Luther. You're good.
Is the % off? Based on this forum it might be low. Other than that there's very little incorrect

Do what? What would be investigated? You can't do anything if there's nothing to find

Obama admin does it and the right loses their collective minds. Trump suggests it and it's well within his power? Seriously?

How’s this going over your head?

I’m claiming if he really wanted this done he could (similar to what Obama did). One person actually did something and the other one just made a tweet in which you claim he’s suggesting something (the actual idea that agency x should investigate it isn’t even in the tweet).

Like I said, if he actually wanted it done, he could. Doesn’t mean I would support that. But we both know he could. Which seems to discredit your claim that he really wants this investigated by the government

You just gave me a list of about 50 tweets. Let’s try this again...give me what you consider to be the best examples of his insanity.

Surely you can find one or two at a time for us to go through

You don't think it's crazy for POTUS to be advocating that SNL should be investigated by the FCC?

He's asking federal agencies to look into a comedy show for making fun of the president.

Also, what grown man with a kinda important job tweets 29 times in a night?

A web footed red crested lake loon?

But it is unconstitutional to threaten free speech. Judicial precedent has established that you don't actually have to actively squash speech to violate the constitution. A mere threat is a violation.

I think we will both agree there’s a lot of absurd judicial precedents out there but is he actually threatening free speech?

Did he actually say that or did you say that?

You're right. He has threatened free speech like this in the past, but in this case it wasn't explicit at all. He did in the past mention investigating media outlets he didn't like.

The 25th in no way would transfer any power to the Democrats. It just means we'd have another loon as President. A different kind of loon, but a loon nonetheless.
2020 election. Use your brain.

Trump is going to win re-election easily.

Pence or any other Republican would have a very difficult time getting elected IMO.

The only way a Democrat wins 2020 is if Trump isn't running.

The fact that we have 36% of our populace that will continue to support a president who is obviously and dangerously mentally ill is the actual threat to our democracy.

Those 36% have a vote just like you do , I wonder what they think of Bernie bro voters ?

At least he hasn't followed through.
