After the last election I would be silly to predict a Trump defeat. With that said, I think the Dems are going to have massive turnout.2020 election. Use your brain.
Trump is going to win re-election easily.
Pence or any other Republican would have a very difficult time getting elected IMO.
The only way a Democrat wins 2020 is if Trump isn't running.
Sure. Which one would you like to discuss?
Trump sent out 29 tweets and retweets on Sunday, alone. Among other things:
1)
The Federal Communications Commission or Federal Election Commission should investigate whether "Saturday Night Live" and late-night talk shows are in collusion with Democrats and/or Russia because they attack him so consistently.
He is obviously being sarcastic and it's pretty funny.
2)
Attacked late Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona, for allegedly sending the FBI the Steele dossier before the election -- and working with Democrats to do so. (Also, Trump called McCain -- who, it's worth noting, is dead -- "last in his class" at the US Naval Academy.)
McCain did pass on the dossier knowing that it was bullspit because he disliked Trump. That's a messed up thing to do and I don't blame Trump for still being pissed about it.
3)
Urged Fox News Channel to reinstate host Jeanine Pirro after she was suspended for questioning the patriotism of Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, who is Muslim.
They should never have suspended her in the first place. Fox is controlled opposition. I question Omar's patriotism everyday and imo she is not to be trusted.
4)Urged FNC to stand up for host Tucker Carlson, who has seen some advertisers pull out of his show following the release of a series of caustic and offensive remarks he made on a radio show between 2006 and 2011.
It was shock jock radio from over ten years ago. It was an attempt at humor and it worked. All this outrage hysteria needs to stop and that goes for both sides.
5)
Accused General Motors of having "let our country down" in the wake of the news that the company was relocating four American factories.
They did let us down. More electronics companies need to manufacture here as well.
6)
Attacked FNC anchor Shep Smith and two other weekend anchors at Fox, alleging they had "been trained by CNN prior to their ratings collapse."
Again Fox is controlled opposition with a few well meaning anchors that do what they can. Mainstream media in general is in a sad state.
7)
Alleged that Democrats tried to "steal a presidential election," calling it "the biggest scandal in the history of our country."
They're still trying to do that. Idk if it's the biggest scandal but it certainly is a doozie.
8)
Retweeted Jack Posobiec, who among other things, is a leading promoter of the Pizzagate and Seth Rich conspiracy theories.
The Seth Rich thing should be investigated more. Also just because Jack whatever is the leading guy on that doesn't mean he can't be right about other things.
Time to invoke Amendment 25, section 4.

Stick with the one we're on. What is the basis for the FEC investigating SNL?
There’s No Way FEC and FCC Could Successfully Investigate SNL for Making Fun of Trump
Seems he’s making a joke. Comparing it to the joke of an investigation against him.
But even if he did order an investigation to see if Democrats (or even Russia I guess?) are breaking campaign finance laws by not disclosing money funneled into SNL, that’s still not a slam dunk case for threatening free speech.

My gut tells me Bernie will get it. And I think even those who don’t think he’s progressive enough will come out. Which is crazy. Bernie is a walking talking hypocrite. Got the Russia social media help just like Trump did in order to beat Hillary. Silence about that from them.I think the opposite. If the DNC allows the nomination of one of the wack jobs already declared the turnout will favor Trump. If the DNC gives the nomination to a more (as of yet announced) candidate there will be a lot of hurt feelings and people staying home.
He can actually privately ask for an investigation, there is nothing unconstitutional about that. The problem is he is threatening SNL with an investigation in hopes that they will shut up. That's the problem. You can't threaten people and then just call it a joke if you're an average Joe, so why should POTUS get away with it (other than the fact that he's the most powerful man in the world)?
The fact that we have 36% of our populace that will continue to support a president who is obviously and dangerously mentally ill is the actual threat to our democracy.
