Thoughts on Kentucky

According to a few bracketologists we are currently the better team. We have the better record, the better resume and the better RPI.

Now if that holds is the million dollar question, but right now at this exact time, UT has been the better team.

According to a few...

right now at this exact time...

Reaching pretty hard to pump some sunshine, but I don't blame you. Right now our fan base is a broken record saying "they will be fine by March."

Alex is killing me, he may have the most talent of anyone on the team but his effort has been zero...For a team of all freshman missing their starting PG for the first couple of games I'm not displeased - Harrow had 0 turnovers over Louisville's press - if he can handle it there I'm not worried about SEC venues.

Vandy has no inside game. I look for Ky to win by 20 if Vandy can't hit some outside shots. Shut down Johnson and Fuller and you've shut down Vandy.

First time to see them this year. They suck.

They're challenged on both ends of the floor. When you lose by 17 on a neutral court to Marist and only score 33 points then you know you're going to have trouble.

Their best win is on the road against Xavier. They've gotten blown out by Oregon on the road, gotten beat by Nova at home and Butler beat them by 19 at home.

I thought they would struggle, but not this much. I must say though I'm enjoying the hell out of it though since all their fans have hopped off the hoops bandwagon and jumped on the football bandwagon.

sonnovabeech.

I'm still watching the end of the first half on DVR, thinking things should be okay. Log on and see this thread, check the live score, and wtf.

If Yahoo's stats are correct (and that's a stretch), Vandy has shot 15 more times than Ky. That's too much. They're getting too many second chance shots.

Poythress has had a less than stellar night. 6 points and 7 boards, but he should've been dominating that Vandy team.
