That's an understatement. They got good points out of fresh but couldn't run a set play or break. Harrow has a long ways to go but def would have helped. Looking at 6 sec loses.
Who were the ones doubting Poythress earlier? I think he just proved them wrong. Second game of the season as a frosh against Duke and has a pretty damn good performance. I see UK having many posterizing dunks by the end of the season.
It sucks so so bad to lose to dUKe but Curry and Plumlee took over. Nothing our guys could of done about that this early in the season. I PRAY we meet up with Duke again in the tourney like it was suppose to be last season.
Despite the loss im giving my Cats a good shot at beating UL this year. Cant wait
Kentucky isn't as good as they were last year, but still really talented.
this is where i come in - people in this thread that are UT fans keep saying UK isnt as good as they were last year - well no &^$%
there are a lot of final four teams through the years that weren't as good as last year's KY team
this team will be very good in March - they went on the road against a top 10 team heavy with upperclassmen, without their PG (the most important position in Cal's scheme) and were right there with them
these guys will mature, gel, and be a very good team by SEC time and tourney time
no doubt they need Harrow - but its not like he has a knee injury - he just has the flu for Christ's sake
this is going to be a very difficult team for TN to beat
It was about 80% Kentucky fans last night. Not sure how much of a road test that was. Poythress is a physical freak. I think he scored the majority of his points on the offensive glass. I'll stick with my 8 to 9 loss projection. Way overrated for the preseason #3 ranked team in the nation.
