A roster needs 24 to 25 DBs these days easily. We are in pass heavy days haha. Tennessee has 20 currently and 5 or 6 are WO. Hopefully we can land that transfer from Ohio State

Pretty much. The portal isn't full of starter caliber guys at this point. You have to take guys that are good enough and hope for the best. He may be depth...he may become a starter if we're lucky.

But we have to use these spots, they expire this Summer. So no take is "a dumb take". The only dumb take is not taking anyone and letting these initial counters expire. Afaik these waivered "up to" 7 spots do not roll forward. Use em or lose em!
