'24 TN CB Jaren Sensabaugh

Sounds like he is from the dust up at Dobyns Bennett.

The boy got suspended from the team for fighting or something along those lines.
Boy quit team, took all the jerseys and kept them.
Dad got mad that they sent him a bill for replacing jerseys. (Which is required by law)
Dad came and made a huge scene, forced his way into the field house.
Took jersey down that was on the wall. Said he would never be back.
Said they would never win a state title in basketball.
They won it that year.
Kid/dad complains that the coaches was against him at DB
Kid/dad complains coaches wasn't good enough at Knox Cath
Kid complains... Dad complains....
Dad actively tries to get coaches fired that don't bow down to him at every level.
Dad also didn't get 10 years in at the NFL because he said if he isn't a starter he isn't playing.
Something doesn't sound good to me.
And yet, we’re all about culture fits

Is that on the kid or the dad tho? I'm not around that family but obviously programs are warming up to the idea of bringing him in so that says something. There are always gray in situations like that. High school kids get in trouble, it happens. It's on the coaches to identify if they want to bring that person into their locker room and top 25 SEC programs are after him, so it would seem alright. Definitely something to keep in the back of your mind but don't dismiss the kid

What teams are really coming after him that hard though? Are we talking about UGA, Bama, LSU, UF?

Do we have higher rated prospects? Seems to me we may have missed on them, hence the interest. Would it not make more sense to grab a Juco or Transfer than waste time on a project?

Ill hang up and listen.

I don’t care about character
You’ve said a lot of stupid stuff, but this may take the cake. Character is what allows players and teams to stay grounded during the highs and keep from getting discouraged during the lows. Character is what builds team culture. Character is the difference between wasted talent and being able to match talent with hard work to produce elite skill. Guys like Hendon Hooker, Jalin Hyatt, and Josh Dobbs have it in spades.

If anyone witnessed the way his dad and the kid acted during a jv basketball game his sophomore year, there is no way you would have him on your team.
Heupel would just have him escorted out.
Kid transfers.
End of story.

Kid seems to have good ability.. Can't understand why he gives the wrs so much respect.
Needs to play tighter in pass coverage.

Sure thing bud. I care about football players. You think Bama and UGA care about character? Sure doesn’t seem that way. And who wins at the highest clip? Character is fine. But when it comes down to it, you want the best football players. I love Hooker, Dobbs and Hyatt. If you can find guys like that all the time then fine.

But do you think the 2001 Miami were full of high character players? How about most of Urban Meyers teams? Character can be changed once on a team.

How so? I've followed him kinda close as a Cowboys fan and also live in the same area. He has a big cowboys themed boat he likes to take on the lake. Anyway I've never heard anyone say a bad thing about him...
Trying to find the articles to show you some of the things I found something interesting, Tiger Woods was sleeping with his ex wife apparently...

Seems like you have an agenda. You have been all over this kids thread making your case against him and his family. Luckily the coaches will evaluate him fairly and not care about your bias.

He’s from the Tri-Cities and knows what he’s talking about. My niece and nephew went to school with him at DB. I’d stay further away from him than a Tim Banks defense on 3rd and 9. Do I have an agenda?

Just a thought, but maybe the coaches have met the kid and don’t conflate his character with his father’s. Because they’re different people.
Just because you don’t have to see them that often doesn’t make it any less painful when you have to see the in-laws you can’t stand. And the risk is much higher the more they talk to and take a role in the kids biz. I would guess the apple hasn’t fallen that far from the tree. I’d steer clear of the whole family but that’s just me.

Have you made 16 posts in his thread mostly about his dad? It’s one thing to mention it once or twice, but to keep at it is like beating a dead horse. We get it. It’s not just Jackrevol, there are others doing it as well. I’m also not saying it is without merit. However, I pray my son is never judged by my mistakes.
