I do think Deion will be successful. Just not at Colorado. He won’t stay there long enough to build them up enough depth wise in my opinion. I like what he’s doing thoughDitto. Still think colorado will be a problem though. They can’t recruit the west coast so Deion will use his ties across the south to recruit here. Just another guy to contend with for recruits in an already massively competitive region.
I’ve shared this theory before but interested in your thoughts…I do think Deion will be successful. Just not at Colorado. He won’t stay there long enough to build them up enough depth wise in my opinion. I like what he’s doing though
I do think he could build up Colorado to be a powerful program. However I don’t think they’ll be able to outbid the major programs for his services. Let’s just hope he stays out of the SEC, that Florida job may be open in a year or two.I’ve shared this theory before but interested in your thoughts…
Initially I also felt he’d be gone in a heartbeat for greener pastures.
But I’ve pondered this…
1.) he ain’t going back to FSU he doesn’t even call it is Alma mater.
2.) if there was anyone I’ve seen who’d want to take a program with no history and make their entire history one coach, it would be him.
I wonder if CO is willing to make him top notch paid if he’d stay. Particularly if he sensed he could recruit awesome to any place.
Thoughts?
