I sincerely doubt his folks wouldve foot the bill to that place, twice, just for her to pull rank.

I think he's an Aggie in the end. Seen this movie waay too many times. anyway, still really like this staff. this staff will be here in two years when walter transfers

What am I wrong about? You being ridiculous calling kids who go to programs like Bama, Clemson, or OSU easy and lazy? Or, am I wrong that you do, in fact, realize how ridiculous you sound, and just decided to roll with it anyway?

We have been rebuilding for 100 years or that is what it seems like to recruits who want to go to a team and win immediately and we are not that.

I don't know that, but that is what it's felt like to me for some time. I haven't been nearly as confident as many here about him. I hope I'm wrong but that's how this seems to me at least.

I don't pretend to have insider info and never have save a couple of times when I've had direct contact with individuals involved. I'm just giving my opinions here, same as most here.

My bad...the way you posted it, so confidently..."he doesn't want to build he wants to join"...unquote...I just thought you and Walter may be homeys, and he had told you this. Because nothing about him says that, actually.

This kid can go anywhere he wants to go, "join" anyone he wishes to; yet, its down to us and A&M, and we were not even in the picture 3 to 4 months ago. Chance to "join" Bama or UGA (established, built; one "joins" these programs); but, UT (an absolute embarrassment for a decade, playing walk-on's) and A&M (a mid tier SEC program, still building) are his final two. NOTHING about that even hints at join-er, non-builder...says the absolute, exact opposite, actually.

Also, now that I think about it, I should've known you and Nolen weren't pals, considering you said, "I can say one thing about Nolen, he isn't a team guy"...unquote.

Let me ask, have you even seen the kid play? Don't answer...im going to believe you haven't no matter what you say.

Heupel's success will likely come down to how he plays the portal in the first couple of years. He needs guys who can play right away. If he can only "hang his hat on" the '23 class... assuming no improvement and maybe a decline between now and the time those guys are ready to compete... then he'll be long gone before all that can happen.

The class doesn't depend on Nolan. That much is true. No single miss or hit determines the future of a program.

Facts the current state of the program won't depend on a hs kid. Recruiting will take a cycle or two. The portal with play ready kids is more important than any high school recruit. You just hv to hope you can get the quality you need vs quantity.

My God.....tell me you went dressed as a douche nozzle for Halloween without actually telling me.

If you're going to quote me at least get the context correct, much less the actual quote. I never claimed anything as fact... Not once, in fact went out of my way to say it was opinion based on the way things were going and how I felt about it.

You probably have some valid points but they're so clouded by your strange attempt at being a complete ass-hat that I'll have to move on and just wish you a good day.

Aaaaand, there's the predictability. From someone who talks out of their ass about a 17, 18 year old kid...a 17, 18 year kid they do not know, nor ever seen play, mind you...I would expect nothing less than terms like "douche-nozzle" and "ass-hat".

He is off to a good start in that department. Most of the transfers are making impacts.

Payton, Turnage, Hadden, Tremblay, Terry, Hooker. Milton and Mitchell the two that have not as injuries cut their story short this year.

That is a solid first year hit percentage. Easy sell to kids to show them you can make immediate impacts in this system on both sides of the ball. You technically can sell Velus Jones angle as well showing kids that two transfer WRs that had very low stats at previous schools are 2 of your 3 leading WRs in first yr in system. Turnage and Hadden pickups will be key for next year when they get more playing time available. They have showed what they can do in a pinch
