Not at all. Just saying there has to be proof. Right now, I do not see any. He may very well be guilty but he is owed due process.

Urban's wife knew about it for years and would console her but told her not to go to the police. You don't think Urban knew about it? Cmon man, don't be that guy. He's on leave for a reason. He's about to lose his job for knowing about this and lying about it. Wake up.

What will be interesting is seeing how (if) they corroborate each others stories. Based on the exchanged texts, Urbans wife showed legitimate concern (or at least pretended to). Will be interesting to see if she falls on the sword for Urban.

No, I'm not saying he did not know. What I am saying is there has to be proof that he did know. He probably did know but right now all we have is hearsay and circumstantial evidence at best.

I think you’re possibly confusing a court of law VS the level of proof that a 100 million dollar a year athletic program will need to protect itself in the #metoo/Title 9 era. Urbs is about to walk the plank.
