'19 TN RB Eric Gray

I thought he was too small for what this staff wanted. What is his weight?

I've never heard Pruitt say he doesn't like smaller backs and won't recruit them, not once. Anyone else ever heard him say this, or anything of the sort?

Michigan is a dumpy cold state and the football program is crap right now. Really a weird situation up there with Harbaugh.

I think if we gave the kid a green light, he’d be in. He’s got talent and is another tie to Memphis, which never hurts.

Assuming his current size is accurate, 5’10” 195lbs at 17-18 could easily be 5’11+ 200+ by 20.

Gray led Lausanne to a 26-23 win over Whitehaven last night, rushing for 4 TDs. Haven't found his final stats but he had 160 yards on 15 carries in the 1st half. Entered the game averaging 16.7 yards per carry (569 yards & 6 TDs on 34 carries in 1st 2 games). Rushed for 3,151 yards and 45 TDs last year and is on track to break the state record for career rushing touchdowns (114).

This. I'm sure crouch will be fine on either side.

But as a LB.... oof. He's a bad man.

Beasley is pretty versatile and a lot depends on how fills out his frame.
They won’t know 💯 % what position he’ll play here (if he commits) until they get out on the practice field, I’m sure Pruitt will play him in both spots then they will decide where he fits best.

I did not see this last night. That is impressive. Whitehaven has more D1 talent. Really surprises me. I am actually standing on Lausanne’s field right now for a soccer clinic.

I would guess Gray would really consider UT if we wanted him. I thought he had a family member with a health issue, too, but I can’t say that for sure.
