No. Thankfully Butch landed some really good players in his time here and Pruitt has added to them.

He also landed a lot of players like this who were very overrated and wouldn’t have been takes at many other schools in the SEC. My prediction is that Pruitt gets us to 7 or 8 wins.

7 or 8 wins if we stay healthy is possible. We don't have much room for error at a couple of very significant positions.

I know it’s been talked about but this time last year this kid was ranked in the 70’s on 247 now he’s 915. Crazy fall.

Btw see no reason why we can’t win 7 games this year.

I have said i think we will be 7-5 all along. I also believe we have a shot at 8-4. But my season prediction is 7-5.

Pruitt said he couldn't believe how the team practiced and trained under the previous staff. He was shocked that Butch let the players decide how much their bodies could take and how much they should workout or practice. Pruitt changed everything, and the players are already bigger and stronger, with greater endurance. They work out harder and we've had no major injuries.

That unfortunately doesn't get me too excited considering we heard the same stuff when Jones arrived.... complete with before and after pictures.

When jones arrived he had a good s&c coach and there was improvement. He fired that coach after 2015 and it all went down hill.

I don’t know about your excitement level but wouldn’t it stand to reason that you would hear that from new coaches coming in , there’s a reason why the last two HCs got fired , they lost their drive and control over the team . The difference (I believe ) is in coaching staffs with experience they have . The staff we have now is on a different level and if they can bring it together with in game coaching we are in business .
