The good news is, we didn't wait to offer him and he knows Butch wants him. Tennessee has the best relationship with him, that's why the decision took a bit and why he likely ends up in Tennessee.

It's not even news, we still have the best relationship with him and the fact that he's good enough to have these options is great. Beard and Scott trying to keep him and his teammate in state v teams just turning it up on him, I'll take the Vols and watch scurry move to 5 star and Sheffield into the top 100.

A lot will happen in the personal life of a kid this young and Tennessee will know more, have more connection, and they'll likely genuinely care more. Hard to fake how much the Vols will want him as a kid they take pride in landing from Tennessee that they've invested in for years by the time he signs.
