We also hadn’t won a game when down by 17 14 since 2017, so the concern was warranted; especially with the playoffs on the line.

Still trying to figure out what I’ve “quit”. I’ve never not been a Vol fan through the good bad or ugly. Today we got a lot of each and my game posts echoed those moments.

Ftr, if we give up a big kickoff return for a td, and someone says "that was pathetic ", that's not being a quitter, it's stating a fact. That's what i said, and what I meant. Not sure why you have to put words in my mouth that I didn't say. We make a good play, I say something celebrating, we make a horrible play, I say something like that stinks, as do most others. I don't agree with calling anyone a bust, nor did I say that. It seems you're just offended, because you're one of the ones who can't handle someone saying "that sucked" referring to something Tennessee did. That's what's I mean, that's what I say is insecure, because if that's you, or whoever, then you can't handle the fac5 of it being a bad play, and someone saying it. I'll still wait though, for you to show me i said what you're claiming i said.

I never said that you said it. You said “we,” referring to the people who were being super negative in the first quarter, so I read your statement as a general one. That’s what the topic was about, right? Everyone who was being salty in the first quarter.

If you meant your statement solely as a justification for whatever criticisms you made, then so be it. I have no idea what you did or did not say. But everything else in thread seemed general, not specific, and I responded as such. And in that light, I saw a lot or wild “facts” in the first part of the game thread. The Guarantano assetions being among the most amusing.

Do I understand why people do it? Sure. Does it make it leas funny? Not particularly.
