For me personally, no one will ever top EVH.. Having grown up with VH and seeing them in concert, Eddie has just an epic on-stage presence and I've never seen a collective crowd just go crazy like that when he does his solos. He's the GOAT for me.

I personally think every list like this is arbitrary because it's is such a subjective thing to try and organize.

It does make for some interesting, but ultimately self-defeating, debates though.
