Sure hope you're right. Coach Sam has been pretty faithful in advertising portal visits on twitter and it's sure not like there have been so many she wouldn't have time. Watching today for her to tweet the welcome sign. If we could snag Spear and Couliboly, I'm super happy about our squad.

Remember fans didn’t want booms and Twitter excitement of visits. Im sure they read the board and adjust accordingly.

Before one of the predictable posters says it, that's some seriously lowered expectations. Even given that the staff can be a bit picky now, the fact that the only confirmed transfer visits have been Wells and Couliboly is a sign of a continued recruiting problem. No apparent interest at all from the truly elite transfers.

As she often does, KJH can pull this out at the last minute by snagging someone else who can impact the upcoming season. But our recruiting problems are still our problems for whatever reason.

I'm always as honest as I know how to be. But I have zero desire to convert to beating "TOLD YOU SO" to an effing bloody pulp day after day after day.

That's the thing for me. I think most posters generally agree that KJH has a recruiting problem, that she has yet to prove she can consistently win big games or coach to a D1 championship level. The difference is some of us don't diminish every step she makes in that direction nor actually hope she never gets over the hump, just so you can say (endlessly) TOLD YOU SO! Some of us want to be wrong so the program can get right.

No man, it's told you so to a degree I've almost never heard in my life. Every post, every day. Because you saw it first, right?

In real life, it's not a matter of seeing or acknowledging. Difference is outcome we hope for. Since she's going to be our coach next season, I hope it still works out, you hope it doesn't. So you can say TOLD YOU SO a few million more times.

Could be the stages of grief being played out. Some come to acceptance faster while others just arrive at anger, crying and while some are in denial and others in hope. Only thing true is what is happening in real time. We all want the same thing in the end, win…is that still viewed as negative?

The whole team started following her and she’s following all of them back, I think that’s a good sign.

Sure I do for the greater good of the program. Nothing wrong with being able to say you were wrong. I’m just waiting for the staff to seize that opportunity. Until then feel free to analyze what posters value and don’t value based on differing views. I value the ability converse back and forth, so when a poster attaches a quote and then it’s only right to respond.

Jewel Spears recent follows! Would love to see her at TN! She was seemingly on campus yesterday as Tamari posted on the typical recruiting photo set they have.
