Nah sorry. Still wandering in the desert, still thirsty.

Pretty sure if we get a big and promising portal visit Coach Sam and/or Maria will let us know. Cora Hall might, if she remembers she covers TN and not her beloved SC and her fave player Boston.

Saw that, all the following is a positive sign. But Maria and Coach Sam almost always tweet official visits, Sam just that one is happening not necess who it is. Maria spills beans. Cora watches SC.

Spear would definitely have to agree to a changed role. She took by far the most shots for Wake Forest and shot about 38%. The good news is the big majority of her shots were 3 and she shot 35% on them. Very good ft shooter, 84%. Had 3.5 reb per game and more turnovers than assists. She would need to really commit to D and rebounding and to less shots this coming season but also would be another reliable 3 shooter.

Highlight reel, carefully curated I'm sure, shows Spear can also get to the rim with some very impressive body control but apparently didn't do that alot for the Deacs last yr.

I believe she has 2 yrs elig which is a big plus.

Jackson 173 free throws Spear 149 so your looking at 322 trips to the line between the two of them. Spear shoots it at over 80 percent from the line. She scored almost 1400 points for Wake Forest in her three seasons there. She is a career 37 percent three point shooter shooting 40 both her freshman and sophomore seasons. She fell a little to 35 as a junior. I think she would be a starter for us at the two guard.

To say that I am stunned is putting it very lightly. Shock the World? I guess so! Going to an arch rival with a prodigy of low brow geno as coach seems to me to be a slap in the face to Kellie,the Lady Vols and all Tennessee fans. In the day of instant gratification she had seemed stalwart in her resolve to be a Lady Vol, but there must be more to this story. She has chosen her course and so be it. We want the players who want to be here.
