It is not a sure thing that anyone transfers. She haven't made up her mind yet and there is no bad blood or disunity on the team.

This is teh one I'm worried about. Competition at that spot is going to be intense.

This could be totally off-base, but I never got the impression that Nared was very happy last year. At least on the court, that was the impression I got.

I think y'all draw the impression of Nared was unhappy, because she almost never showed emotion which some players are like that.

One name keeps popping up in my head. If it is her I really hope she thinks it over and has a change of heart. I don't really want to see any of them transfer.

If it is Tucker I sincerely hope that she doesn't because I know she loves Tennessee it sucks what the poor girl has been through.

I wonder if Jannah re-tore her acl but doesn't want to go through the surgery again? I thought I saw her hurt her knee one of the few minutes she played.

Well whoever it is, I hope she makes the best decision for herself. Hopefully the only announcement out this week will be the signing of Akhator.

I exercise with a lady whose son works for the Lady Vols organization and she said he thinks everyone is happy and has not heard of any transfers. All the girls have been told to work hard in the off season and the best will get a lot of playing time.

All are playing on teams this summer and some are on teams together. Many are overseas.

Ms. Tucker is the only question mark. She is so talented and all are trying to help her. She loves UT but has been through so much that she is afraid of publicity. They are all rooting for her and want her on the team.

Will update when I hear something else.

Tucker is who is talking about transferring. Still recovering from the surgeries and homesick. I think it has just been a long 2 years for her - not playing and so far from her family. It wouldn't surprise me if Dunbar wanted a change of scenary too, especially if she is also homesick. For Dunbar, she is going to have to work on her defense to get on the floor to show her offense with TN. At a less prominent school, she could showcase her 3 pt ability much easier.

who the hell knows if KD can play D or not? Holly never let her see time on the court long enough to tell. Holly missed the boat on that, imho

It was very clear she wasn't good on defense and I'm sure it showed in practice.

I agree. I saw some games where the person she was guarding blew right by her for an easy 2 points constantly she was beat off the dribble. I think she is best suited to play the 4 because she doesn't have the lateral speed or quickness to came the opponent in front of her. I hope she gets a chance at the 4 spot.

You can't expect a 6'2" Dunbar to guard a small quick guard out in the backcourt. She needs to be at the 4.

This was the first place where the rumor was suggested. However, the transfer talk has been going on for a while.

If there hadn't been a rumor, I wouldn't have brought it up. I was just trying to find out who because I was hearing it was going to happen. That's all I know. :ermm:

I think Warlick was exhorting Dunbar to be a better rebounder, thinking she could be utilized similarly to how Abby Conklin and Sidney Spencer were utilized respectively.
