The first episode of the final season was just like the last few seasons, pretty blah. Just going to finish just to see what happens.

The season hasn't been good, for sure. At least if we're measuring it against seasons 1 and 2. But, jeez...the last few seasons were so horrible that this one seems decent in comparison. It's said that disease riddled hordes or roaming vampires are pretty normal and grounded compared to the recent villains.

This show has become so bad that it's laughable. I feel like I'm watching a Scooby Doo episode. It's awful.

I like that I'm seeing more of the core characters, specifically Lafayette because I loved his character the first few seasons and then they toned him down way too much. "Hooker please!" With a similar attitude as Lafayette I also love Pam.

Sucks that they gave Eric the disease.

For the record I don't mind looking at Adylind either.

I was thinking last night, this is like old Lafayette again. Agree on Pam, her and Jason are my 2 favorite characters. I'm sure they'll cure Eric somehow, though i like that he's dying.

If they have Tara's mom in the show too much I think I'm going to scream. She needs to die sooner rather than later.

Agree 100%. She might be the worst/most annoying character on the show. I wonder if she killed Terra, that's why she is seeing her when she's on V.

The whole Tara situation seems so strange since the first episode. It wouldn't surprise me if she killed Tara, that's definitely a possibility. Clearly she's found her new drug to replace her alcohol with. I'd like to believe they heal Eric somehow but it is the final season so they'll probably just milk his illness.

Lol I didn't notice how bad we butchered Tara's name initially.

I'm good with Eric dying, killing off 4-5 people would be nice honestly. Eric, Bill, Sam, Tara's Mom and Sookie works for me. :)

He was on fire from the sun in Norway and he didn't die

I'm guessing we'll find out how he made it out of that by way of a good story. My only assumption is that he jumped into a glacial crevasse or buried himself in the snow real deep.

the writing is horrible - I thought I'd lose it when Sookie went on her "I wish I loved him as much as he loves me" ramble.

Also, remember when a drop of V would cause LSD like symptoms and people used it as a drug? Now people are slurping blood right out of vampires and all it does is make their wounds heal.

The writing seems forced and lazy. Like everyone has said, at this point I'm only watching because I've invested all this time, might as well see it through.

Can we kill Sookie already? Very few characters in history are more annoying than her.

This is almost as bad as the last season of Weeds.
