Trump Leading Witness Revenge Acts

Sen. Lindsey Graham has not publicly disavowed Sen. Lamar Alexander's statement and whether or not Trump's actions were grounds for impeachment and removal from office, depends on who you ask. Laurence Tribe, a Constitutional Scholar, believes that they did.

I never said that Joe Biden is above scrutiny. President Donald Trump should not be the one to initiate an investigation into Biden because Trump has too much to gain from the outcome of such an investigation, while Biden is running for President. Trump soliciting the President of Ukraine for assistance with investigating Biden was a very clear conflict of interest. If Biden or his son, have engaged in criminal activity, the FBI should conduct the investigation under the purview of Director Christopher Wray and the Attorney General, William Barr. Trump should not have ever made himself a figure in any such investigation... but he did.

Jonathan Turley and Alan Dershowitz disagree. We can lawyer name drop as well

Trump stepping into a pit of vipers? lol
He's more like the little bratty rock throwing boy who keeps getting closer and closer to the hornets nest until he finally hits it; and then flails around screaming when he gets repeatedly stung.

Trump brought 100% of the left's reaction down on himself. Everything he did to agitate and anger the left was gleefully cheered on by his minions. Trumpers loved the us vs. them mentality of the campaign. Trumpers jumped right on board with the "the left is the enemy" and "the press is the enemy" lunacy. To ever have dreamed he would have been treated any differently than he has been treated is the height of naivety. I'm still surprised the left and the media capitulated as much as they did.

Seek help.

Wrong. Your side, media included has treated every R President and every R nominee terribly. They were all racists, sexists, Nazis etc the difference is Trump fights back and you weak losers can’t take it. The left and the press are the enemy. It is us vs you and your kind.

It's almost like we're a tag team. I lay out the premise and you follow behind me and prove it.

It's obvious you have no understanding of clarity. You're conflating issues. What does the FISA warrants have to do with Trump standing on a stage and defending Putin over the CIA? Of course we know for a fact Trump was wrong in defending Putin because Russia did meddle in our elections and are continuing to do so without a peep from our President.

By proudly supporting Trump, you haven't got a f'ing as to anything regarding the truth. Another poster boy for the dumbing down of America

And another daft navel-gazer who can't follow logic responds. I conflate nothing.

Let's try it slowly; Trump had no reason to believe anything the FBI or CIA stated regarding Russia, because they got nothing right about it in three years of investigation *except* that they meddled in our election affairs. I didn't state Trump was right in reflexively not accepting the conclusion but that there is ample reason for him to suspect everything coming out of FBI and intel re: Russia, dolt.

The DNC server, for instance, is a stand-alone item due to the Ukraine angle that he perceives as having validity since it is owned by a wealthy Ukrainian ,and we know that Ukrainians both colluded with Clinton/DNC, and acted on their own to impact the election in Clinton's favor. Other than that, he has acknowledged that Russia meddled in 2016 even before he was sworn in. I think you're doing the conflating.

"Without a peep"? You mean aside from the sanctions on government and private individuals, and attacking Russia's power grid? Or aside from actually preparing to respond to a repeat of 2016 unlike President Flexible twisting himself into a pretzel to avoid angering Putin? Or the January 2017 response of DHS declaring our voting infrastructure part of the critical national infrastructure, exponentially increasing the role of the fed in secure elections? Perhaps you mean the 2018 creation of EI-ISAC, a prevention cyber-group weaving together federal, state, local entities to thwart foreign interference? Or the $425M for states to harden their systems? Or FBI expansion of their program to alert state-level officials when local level intrusion occurs? Or perhaps - at last count - the 46 states participating in having their systems scanned by federal cyber-security personnel? Or the summits with big tech to shore up their lines?

Go chew your cud with the other Resistance!-wipes instead of pretending to understand what your intellectual superiors "proudly support" or don't.

Had to read it twice to get the implication.
Don't forget this is exactly what they wanted, a DC outsider to champion partisan politics. Legal FISA investigation into Carter Page vs. Shadow government investigation into a political rival without even a shred of probable cause. It's not OK for the FBI to use unverified information as a predicate to investigate someone vs. We will accommodate Rudy's dossier.

Got to love the intellectual consistency.

FISA wasn’t obtained legitimately did you not hear Chris Wray the other day? Biden openly bragged about withholding a billion in aid and you say there’s no probable cause? Rudy has genuine court documentation from the Ukraine that will be scrutinized..

So in summary, Trump publicly took the word of our enemy over our own intelligence agencies and then pays lip service to ongoing election interference while doing all within his power to illegally manipulate the results and benefit from that interference.
Are you the poster child for "A little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing"?

Trump could reduce the size of anti-Trumpers by just showing some humility and maturity for a change. Being vindictive right now is absolutely the worst approach he could possibly take
What a load of crap. You and the rest of the never Trumpers are now and will always be never Trumpers. He could channel Obama and trash his twitter account and ya'll would vote for an old white man in November as long as there is a D after his name.

Sure there are, but for the time being there seems to be little besides pro Trump and anti Trump. Even a matter of FBI/FISA malfeasance revolves around Trump when it should be a matter about which we are all concerned regardless of party because that kind of thing crosses almost everything this nation stands for. We became a nation because we revolted against abusive government that deemed individual rights inconsequential.
Many, including me, believe Trump crosses almost everything this nation stands for, and it's only getting worse.
Many, including me, believe Trump embodies abusive government, and it's only getting worse.

Let's all reflect back to that glorious night of the inauguration when Trump sent in Spicer to lie about crowd size, only to be followed up with Kelly Ann talking about alternative facts. We've come a long way baby.

Another hilarious observation is when these clowns show up at public places and the people there make it completely obvious that they’re ignoring them. Nobody wants to hear any of their bs.

You talking about Liz Warren at the local IHOP in NH....she's going around & people showed a cold shoulder.

What legal investigation into Carter Page are you talking about? The IG justifiably agreed it was *illegal* investigation since at least the last two warrant were without predication. Chris Wray agreed with the characterization of the report. Judge Boasberg has stated at least those two warrants were obtained without sufficient reasonable cause or predication.

Evidence for extension should bolster, that is - become stronger, rather than weaker, so the first two are likely bogus, too. In fact, we know they are because Page was a CIA asset for decades since his military service; FBI was told that at least twice but falsified the warrant request to state he was not. He had also assisted the same fooking FBI in convicting dirty Russian in the 2013-2015 period. FBI then used those same "Russiaaaaaaan contacts" and associations to paint the guy as a Russian operative.

So, I'm going to call it for those who still don't get it: the Carter Page warrants were entirely without basis and should have never been granted, or requested. In fact, I called it long before the 'Mueller' report because it only took about an hour to dig up the necessary, exculpating info on the web by anyone remotely interested in the extortion racket Mueller was running.

Therein lies the difference; Rudy running around Ukraine can't do shite to anyone. OTOH, an unbridled and unprincipled special counsel and FBI can ruin you, or take your liberty.
