Yesterday I wrote an email for submission to a program office on an electronics test set that’s been in use for a decade stating A) your test methodology is wrong you’re not testing the correct functions B) your test set is wired wrong and I don’t think you are even testing the correct channel and C) your test set power load impedance is completely wrong and puts the unit under test in a marginally stable configuration. This was after a phone call about two weeks ago where they explained to me how my assertions were incorrect on how the unit under test functions. Having taken two years+ of "chemical castration" drugs, I am glad for this change. These drugs beat the hell out of your body and mess with your physical and emotional health. Willingly giving these to teens, who are already going through crazy body changes, just seems crazy to me (absent circumstances where they may be necessary to save or prolong life.)

Every job/career has its worthless workers. In the federal workforce you combine union representation with bureaucratic red tape and you do get a lot of people who can get away without doing their jobs and become dirtbags, probably more so than in the private sector. Why? No real repercussions. It takes forever to fire people. I've had two employees go AWOL for six months. It took me over a year to terminate them. One of them was in prison on federal assault charges.They weren't good employees
