Not my point. I watched the footage of the capitol storming. If I was a cop I would have dropped about 20 Trumpers. Bum rushing cops? I can’t believe only one person was shot.

No. They just need to get their heads out of their asses and actually provide for security and do their damn job. The planning and response of the Capitol police was farcical and resulted in the needless death of a citizen.

No, there are a number of government facilities that are off limits for obvious reasons. The spaces where our "representatives" "represent" us shouldn't be mistaken as sensitive areas.

The capitol police supposedly have "a force of more than 2,300 officers and civilian employees that protects the Capitol, lawmakers, staff and visitors. The agency has an annual budget of about $515 million." Seems like they with plenty of warning should have been far better prepared - unless this was a far more staged event than anyone wants to pretend. I still haven't seen pictures of all the damage done in and to the capitol. I agree with you this was more like the campus cops responding to a panty raid.

Yeah, I think I know the one you are talking about, but it was very different from the ones at the capitol entrance. I also always consider the people at a rally, demonstration, or riot as not necessarily who they say they are. Somebody from the opposing point of view (particularly a professional community organizer) can stir up a bunch of dupes as easily as a "patriot".

I wouldn’t think it’s that but the crazy Twitter nuts trying to dox their addresses and phone numbers and such. How would you feel if some right wing nuts doxxed you and your daughters at a BLM rally where violence occurred and people tracked them to their houses and people called them with threats and they got fired as a result as well
