I saw a lot of opinions that he had murdered three people. I don't think that is actionable.

I saw illegal carrying of a weapon. It may be actionable but I am not sure of what the damages would be meaning the real damages, if any, arose from the statements, if any, that he murdered three people. And those statements, if part of an opinion piece, are not actionable.

I don't recall him being accused of being a white nationalist. I saw some of those groups trying to glom onto him.

So no I don't know what statements he is suing on. I would need specific statements in context to be able to give an opinion.

What's funny is that he'd be largely correct in painting DeSantis that way, but people won't care.

Donald can get up and scream "...but I MADE Ron DeSantis!!!" all he wants. I think a lot of people will shrug their shoulders and say "Yeah, you did, but that doesn't make me like him any less, and I'm not embarrassed to tell people that I voted for him. I like you, but I was embarrassed to tell people I voted for you."

So, what do y'all think now that Trump made it official? Yep, no, waiting for others to jump in? Pence gave a townhall tonight on CNN, said he was considering a run.

Personally, I dont give a rats ass about anything other than policy differences. All I ever cared about.
I think there is a good chance that DeSantis won't even run..he is only 42 but might see this as his window.

He has lost the mega-donors . I don't think he will make it through the primaries. He is too polarizing and the full weight of the GOP will be against him.

Wait till the primary debates. The stage will be Trump vs the attack dogs. Desantis will sit back and be the adult in the room.

Pence is not that guy or Mike Pompeo .

Also Murdock won't give him favorable coverage .

Why do conservatives continue to debate this stupid argument? Desantis is not even in the race yet. Democrats are good at the art of confusion. Most of y'all are just puppets.

Let this play out. It's too early. You're being conditioned and won't even know it in 6 months. Desantis is not even falling for it. While Democrats are in lock step on destroying the republic they have figured out how to create divisive issues on the republican side.

There is a long way to go. Am I happy to hear Trump announced, well no, but I'm not going to let Democrats control the narrative. They elected Fetterman and Hobbs for goodness sake, and many other goons.

Yes, it’s the Democrats who created this GOP divide by calling our governor “Ron DeSanctimonious”, and threatening to release damaging information about DeSantis if he runs for president. 😂

Didn’t even watch because I know I’m not voting for him. If he were to win the nomination, I would either sit it out or write in my own name. I think Pence is a decent man, but he’s not going to get much traction.
