Maybe they shot it down because Ukraine doesn't need another $100B in us tax dollars. Maybe the admin you support shouldn't have let the border get to that state before offering a half-hearted attempt to correct it at election time. But yeah, blame the party not in charge

again--there is absolutely no reason to bring a border bill in the first place. there are already laws established that were being ignored. the border bill was nothing more than a trojan horse for more money for proxy wars AND to loosen current border restrictions.

There are already laws in place concerning the border and legal immigration that were swept aside in the Democrat (and Republican to a certain degree) lust to change the demographics of this country with millions of unvetted people entering the country illegally. The same way there are thousands of gun laws already in place. More laws aren't needed, just enforce the ones on the books for a change. The only thing that bill would have accomplished is making it legal for 5K illegals to enter the country each month.
