Trump lost money primarily during his Presidency because he is over-invested in the only segment of real estate to lose money in the past 15 years: golf courses

Trump absolutely worked to enrich himself, his businesses, and his family. He is no different than anyone else in that job....

Trump owns golf courses all over the globe and met Stormy at golf event. An argument (definitely not a slam dunk) could be made that he met Stormy in a business setting for him. It's a stretch to be considered a business expense but companies deduct payments for misbehaving employees all the time. In a funny twist, companies can no longer deduct sexual harassment payments that are subject to a NDA after TCJA..

If I recall, Cohen paid off Stormy and Trump reimbursed Cohen..
