They are not.
Today a request was filed with the FISA court requesting an investigation.

Thursday evening on the radio, Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin broke big news. The Landmark Legal Foundation, of which Mark Levin is president, has filed a request with the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. The request asks the secret court to order an investigation into the leaking of surveillance activity conducted on members of Donald Trump’s team, in accordance with the rulings of FISA.
The filing Levin read cited “a flurry of recent published reports” that show an “enormous” amount of leaked classified information has been used for political purposes in opposition to President Donald Trump.
Russian bombers flew near Alaska for the fourth time in as many days.
Someone call Comey and tell him to stop the investigation. Clearly, there was no collusion.
You should call Comey and tell him you have seen the DNC servers because no one in the FBI has. They would be interested in the info you have

Well, at least you didn't retort with "But what about Uranium One?" or Obama's "after the election" comment to Putin. Those are the most trite of the trite.
This one is actually a legitimate one, at least on the surface. As I've said before, I suspect the DNC was never willing to let the FBI look directly, because they're covering up further potential crimes they don't won't law enforcement to see.
So, instead, the FBI used a trusted third party, with no law enforcement authority, to do this work for them.
All of this makes perfect sense to me and does absolutely nothing to diminish the fact that the DNC was hacked by Russia.
The DNC never asked for an investigation from them, the FBI can't ask for a subpoena or warrant if the "victim" doesn't want an investigation.
90-day deadline was yesterday, I believe.
I'm shocked there's no report.
We are talking about Hillary's server not he DNC which was the center of the investigation into Hillary use of a private server to conduct State Dep business which may contain classified information. Hillary and her server were the primary focus of the investigation and the FBI did not even have enough probable cause to obtain a warrant.
For me, the question of the DNC servers/FBI is a lot like the one I posed yesterday about which scenario regarding Donny-Russia collusion was easier to believe.
So, the Democrats barely played up the Russian interference issue (I think Hillary herself only brought it up in October), and we're expected to believe they waited to do all of what is currently in motion after the election in order to sabotage a Donny presidency, in the event of a Donny presidency.
Quite a risky gamble. If that was indeed the gamble that was taken, and I highly doubt it, then it failed miserably.
