He got a lot of credit at the time, and still does, for his immediate response to 9/11 attacks. A year later, the train went off the tracks. But I'm convinced it's because he was manipulated by Chaney and his cabal. I still give Bush a lot of credit for how he handled 911 in the weeks following it. I just wish we'd had a president at the time who asked more questions about what he was being told in terms of Iraq .

Psh. I'm not buying what you're trying to sell. It was just optics...as soon as it was safe they were back to calling him evil, whining about stolen elections, and attacking the war most of them voted to support (those optics again).

His sources seem to be independently investigating a connection and investigating the investigation. The people actually doing the actual investigation and the ones privileged to actual information are not saying much. Twitters do talk a lot.
