The emails indicate that she was claiming a closeness to the Putin government. Saying she was a Russian government official is a disingenuous stretch. However, the perception that this investigation is nothing but a witch hunt should be over. There is real smoke straight from the Trump camp. It is an issue worthy of further investigation. The discovery of an actual Trump Russia tie casts his "request" of Comey and subsequent firing in a much harsher light.

I'm fine with Muller's investigation, so far in the absence of leaks from it I'm guessing he is going about it the right way. The congressional investigations on the other hand are merely theater.

Comey was a joke and incompetent, he needed to be fired in July 2016. Would have been fired on inauguration day had Hillary won.

A quick question for the Trump supporters/defenders...If all of this is stuff is proven true with Russia, will you go down defending him to the very end? I'm not trying to attack any Trump supporter, I'm just curious to what you all think? I mean the man did say he could shoot someone and not lose supporters, so I don't think that all of this would matter much.

If it was to be proven Trump or his inner circle actively solicited help from the Russian government, I'd fully support impeachment.

No, that wouldn't IMO.

Help would be a coordinated effort between his campaign and the Russian government. Soliciting the Russians to act on the campaigns behalf or some form of quid-pro-quo. Or financial and that's not even being discussed.
