TrumPutinGate

American government = bad

Intelligence community leaders: "Saddam has weapons of mass destruction"

A decade and a half later, 0 found.

Intelligence community leaders: "there is no mass surveillance of US citizens"

Snowden proved that was a lie.

Intelligence community leaders: "we can tell it was the Russians who hacked these servers"

Wikileaks document: "we have the capability to mask to origin of any hacking we do".

Hmmm.....maybe it's less about me believing my government is evil, and more about not being a fool. If it were Russia, do you not believe they have similar capabilities to mask their own hacking?

"The truth is, these are not very bright guys and things got out of hand."

Always remember, countrymen, Watergate took over a year to develop, and when the bottom finally fell in, the president and all the president's men finally fell with him, to a sum of 38, I believe it was.

This will be no different; only bigger.

As for your propaganda claims, here's what you're missing:

Russian trade deals and Russia abandoning the petrodollar are all facts.

The idea that is why our intelligence community wants to levy sanctions on Russia, is not what I was arguing from those links. Only that they were abandoning the petrodollar.

But history does show that when Syria abandoned the dollar in 2006 the CIA started funding a civil war the same year. The same can be said for Iraq and multiple others. When people abandon the dollar, we go after them.

Well, luckily for us, there's no liberal in the White House right now, so we're save from a war with Russia.

Did I get that line right?

I know you're a partisan hack, but war is sadly a bipartisan issue. Ever since Obama took office he's united the liberals and neocons. Neither complained about Obama's numerous wars.

1. You're revising history above.

2. The fact that U.S. intelligence has missed some things in the past does not mean it misses everything.

3. I'm no guru, but I don't believe Russian intelligence has the same capabilities as America does.

What history did I revise? Which statement do you believe is incorrect?

And if you do believe they attempted to influence our election, what do you believe France should do to us for influencing theirs?

The civil war in Syria started because Assad was taking all the people's money, torturing its citizens and having his army execute people in the streets. Sooner or later people get tired of that.

If the Russians were so good at masking Hacking and SIGINT they wouldn't have been discovered conducting the same type of operations in Germany, Sweden, Norway, Ukraine and France. The Russian aren't the Chinese. They are kind of sloppy when it comes to hacking and not leaving traces.

You realize the CIA started funding the opposition 5 years before the civil war started right?

As for taking their money, they weren't poor because of him. They were poor because of US sanctions.

We conducted the same type of operations in France. Where is your outrage their?

Perhaps that's what happens when Assad funds terrorism to kill American soldiers in Iraq, not that you'd give a damn.

It's true, I am a partisan hack.

I'm partisan towards this country and to the truth.

Interesting you'd take that approach considering you're not suppprting war with Saudi.

But I'd love to see you back that one up. Show me he was funding terrorist outside of purchasing oil from isis (which he was forced to do by US sanctions).

NSA and CIA conduct normal intel gathering in France = OMG THOSE EVIL AMERICANS!!!

Russia gives Marine Le Pen €27 million euros, and spread false information and conduct cyber attacks = Meh

Here's what I don't get. Each of you want to justify sanctions and other actions towards Russia.

Let's assume you're right. How many times has the CIA done the same things? We attempted to influence France's most recent election.

Yet, all of you stand behind the CIA. We 100% need to abolish the CIA.

Backing the intelligence communities and endless wars is the opposite of supporting your country.

Didn't know I support endless wars, but I'll certainly take that into consideration.

I do support our IC, a whole hell lot more than I support you or libertarianism. You are wrong about its assessment of Iraqi WMDs, just as you are wrong in assuming Ed Snowden - a man already linked with Russian IS - to be a patriot.

Just as you are wrong about Syria and Assad with your simplistic "It was the petrodollar!" narrative.

And with that, I bid ado to this mise-en-abyme.

Attempting to influence elections is "normal intel gathering"?

Iraq and Syria both abandoned the dollar prior to the us starting war. The dollar narrative is a simple truth.

I know you want to believe that our government is just a bunch of do gooders, but the truth is there are a lot worse leaders out there who we aren't taking out. So there goes that reasoning.

Russia starts abandoning the dollar and now we are back to Cold War bs from liberals and neocons.

As for Snowden, you can dismiss him as a Russian pawn if you wish. That doesn't mean the information he released is inaccurate. The intelligence community is our real enemy.

The fact that the CIA is spying on US citizens despite having 0 jurisdiction in the US should be considered an act of treason

When Snowden mans up and returns from his FSB hiding hole in Moscow I may just believe the words that come out of his mouth.
