This could be a huge shake-up in the SEC. What % chance Kingsbury goes to Texas Tech now?

I like the Jones hire, but Tubbs should have been offered first if for nothing else, his SEC connections.

why would tubs want petrino? he's a good football coach but didnt petrino try to take his job while he was at aub and petrino was at UL ?

wow i just wonder how much Tuberville will get and what kinda of upgrades they will be willing to do,we know what it took to get coach Jones to UT

Probably adding seats to the stadium, etc. I'm shocked considering Cincinnati is in the bottom 5 in revenue for AQ schools.

they have a seating capacity of 35,000, makes you wonder what else they promised to upgrade to get him there,i truly like him as a coach,he was is some epic games in the SEC

Bobby Lowder flew to Lville to try and hire Petrino to take Tubby's job in the middle of the night with Tubberville knowing nothing about it. I forgot why he didnt take it, but the next year was the 04 season when Auburn went 13-0

Probably 10-15,000 new seats. Practice facilities. Probably a competitive salary. Apparently our AD worked with Tuberville at Auburn.

so i guess that Hart didn't like him then,i do like what i have read up on Jones,but damn he is the proven SEC coach that would have been a good one here
