'20 TX RB Zachary Evans

I don’t care how good he is, we don’t need an organizational cancer. Read up on his history in HS and you’ll see he’s nothing but trouble.

That's definitely been the case for us.

Bryce Brown, Nukeese, Da'Rick, Markeith Ambles and that's just from memory of a short period of time about 10 years ago. It's just gotten worse since then.
At least Ambles never enrolled.

This sounds like the type of running back Joey Freshwater would have no problem bringing in to play for him. Already brought in Briles and Durkin, what's 1 more problem to have on campus!
Bryce Brown redeaux...that was his baby!

Still sounds like cold feet on Georgia’s side
Can you blame them? Kid is an absolute head case. You can see it in his eyes and the way he carries himself. Doesn’t matter how amazing of a player you are, sometimes your bat shiz craziness outweighs all that.

According to that report they will submit it to the NCAA so they can brag that they got you then throw you away.
UGA never said they had him.

Is the school (Georgia as a example here) deciding what to do here? Maybe they are trying to do their due dilgence on the situation on the state championship weekend or something else? I am just thinking out loud here. The kid apologized to some coach, for something on TV at Under Armour. He confirmed he talked with Kirby Smart a few days earlier.
You can guarantee here that he may not be talking to other schools (I would bet a large amount he is however), but someone close to him can be and that part is how you get around all of this. Almost like a coach saying he has not talk to a school when a job is open, but his agent has been. Different ways to handle that loophole.
Evans could simply be asking out of LOI (If Georgia). If that is scenerio is true, I could see that part as well.
Regardless, there is something going on behind the scenes one way or another , there is a hang up on why this is not over.
My guess is he does not end up in Athens is my gut feeling. I would say LSU or Texas AM if I had to pick one with my job depending on it.

Lol weird

Confused.... that report says that binds him to the school not the other way.
Since Evans’s signed and his papers were submitted, UGA holds the cards. They could grant his release if he wants out, but I believe that means they lose that spot in the class. Will be interesting to see what happens. This could set a precedent that makes LOI’s obsolete.

Seriously, saw the same thing, Crazy Eyes. Not sure I can recall ever seeing anyone with that look that could be counted on for any length of time. $10M legs, $.05 head.
