For those saying it's all man made, then our energy problems would be gone tomorrow. Another reason we should investigate.

Personally, I think it's a mix of man made and other. It does seem like a strange coincidence that our technology has improved that much over a 70 year span.

We have nothing even close to the capability that these craft have shown. Yes our military always have tech advanced of current aircraft, but this is hundreds of years ahead.

And if you believe everything the Pentagon tells you, bless your heart.

Besides the obvious Roswell case, check out Rendlesham, the case in Brazil, and the name Ronnie Zamora, just to name a few.

To discuss again the idea that evidence of aliens would destroy religion, I quite disagree. Certain groups with very literal understandings of their dogmas would certainly be wrecked, but most would probably just accept it. I chuckle when I think of the “Catholic Aliens” in that one South Park episode.

For a historical anecdote, the brother-in-law of the 17th-century English Puritan dictator (“Lord Protector”), Oliver Cromwell, believed there were civilizations on the Moon & other planets. John Wilkins was an Anglican clergyman who proposed developing space travel to visit and foster trade on other worlds. Of course, he worked off a misunderstanding that space was “pure air” and breathable, but he later realized this was impossible as contemporary science showed space was a vacuum. Still, very interesting that a Puritan would propose such ideas, especially at that time.

Another 17th-century Puritan theologian, Richard Baxter, wrote this about extraterrestrial life:

“I know it is a thing uncertain and unrevealed to us, whether all these globes be inhabited or not. But he that considereth, that there is scarce any uninhabitable place on earth, or in the water, or air; but men, or beasts, or birds, or fishes, or flies, or worms, and moles, do take up almost all; will think it a probability so near a certainty as not to be much doubted of, that the vaster and more glorious parts of the creation are not uninhabited; but that they have inhabitants answerable to their magnitude and glory.”

These were very devout religious people contemplating the existence of beings from other worlds centuries ago.

I am not familiar with Ronnie Zamora, but I am familiar with @The Ron Mexico . Is Ron actually an alien?

Just some counterpoints that are food for thought:

1) The technology that eventually made the SR-71 was designed and developed in the late 50's. There has been no plane, anywhere in the world, which has come close to it. Thus, ourselves or our adversaries not having white/public planes with technology on par does not logically mean anything.

2) Stealth technology was developed in the 70's (made white/public in the late 80's). The Pentagon has merely applied it to various platforms since.

3) Since the 70's, there has been no release of substantially new technology from Pentagon despite 50 years of nearly unlimited black budgets, smartest minds in the world, and access to the most advanced computing power.

4) The technological challenges to transverse the universe would much more advanced than what has been recorded.

5) As another poster pointed out, with the development and proliferation of camera technology, there should be overwhelming evidence in the publics' hands.

No.

No it doesn't.

There is zero logical conflict nor cognitive dissonance required to be a Bible believing Christian and also believe in aliens. God says he made man in His image. Thats it. Never mentions any other planets, galaxies, species from them etc in the Bible.

I don't know why some folks think proof of aliens would just wreck Christianity. I can definitely see people panicking...which may or may not be appropriate. If they have the technology to get here, then they are waaaay more advanced than we are.

Remember folks...humans have only been flying for 100 years. Never been further away than our own moon...more than 50 years ago. Also, we only have the means (propulsion tech) to achieve escape velocity on a planet up to about 1.3 times the mass of tiny little Earth. Jupiter has like 10,000 times the mass of Earth for example. We couldnt even leave the ground on jupiter. At all. You can fit 4 Earth sized planets in the red eye looking storm on jupiter alone....

We are infants in flight/spacecraft. If that even...brand new to humans. The Navy/AF videos suggest these alien craft are powered by 1 of the 4 known forces we barely have any understanding of...gravity or electromagnetism. Or...a force of this universe we havent even discovered yet. They have no visible means of propulsion whatsoever...nor do they make contrails like our jets do from moisture in the air freezing in the frigid upper atmosphere on the wings and surfaces of our jets. These things leave no trail whatsoever...turn on a dime 90 degrees or more instantly...and accelerate orders of magnitude faster than anything man has ever built. We do not even have the materials to build such a craft. That we know of anyway...

We are like monkeys in the zoo to any space faring species that comes waaaay out in the galactic boonies to Earth.

We'll make great pets.

You make an interesting point that not many people are aware of. If the earth were 1.3X more massive than it is we could not reach escape velocity using chemical rockets. Before we could explore the solar system we would have needed a different kind of propulsion. I wasn't aware of that until I heard a (real) NASA rocket scientist give a talk a few years ago at a Sci-Fi convention.

While I understand your point, this is what critics have been stating for decades. The technology that is being witnessed by military and civilians are hundreds if not thousands of years ahead. If it is human, then we (or someone) have a secret space program that requires some kind of energy besides rockets, and as I stated before that would solve a whole host of problems we have currently.

Since the 70s, there's been no huge uptick in technology... that they've admitted to. They have many reasons to keep it secret.

The technology to traverse the universe would be easy for the kind if tech that can travel thousands of feet in a second. The maneuvers these craft can make would kill any pilot. And if you believe some of the leaks out there, then they can bend time and may be inter-dimensonal. I have no idea, I'm not a scientist. I'd imagine they use gravity somehow.

As far as clear pictures, there's been hundreds of pictures taken since the 1940s. Some of them clear, some not. The fact that it's hard to focus on may have something to do with their propulsion. Again, just spitballing.

There have been high ranking military officials and former Apollo astronauts who have come out and said these things aren't from here. Gordon Cooper claimed he saw a film of one landing on a dry lake bed. These objects have also seemingly interacted with our nuclear installations, which is a huge security issue.

This isn't just Bubba from Alabama claiming to see aliens. There are legit testimonials from some credible witnesses.

Food for thought as well.

On a different note, this latest whistle-blower is who he says he is but says he turned the evidence he had over to the task force. No idea if he's lying but I don't see the point in it.

I do question the timing of a lot of this.
