From a bodybuilding perspective, Uriah has by far the most impressive back of any fighter in his weight class I've seen. He's physically a monster. 5" reach advantage when he was 2" shorter.

I was smart enough not to come in here. Lol That was freaking sick! They did not lie that was vicious, everybody is definitely gonna be scared to death now.

On a side note, I hate that I'm beginning to not hate Sonnen. In no way does he deserve a title shot, but he seems like an alright dude. The part were he was talking with Hall was pretty cool.

I like that they dropped the house drama and focus more on the training. That was a really cool look into Bones' training, and how Chael got Uriah up psychologically.

Every interview I've ever heard with fighters that have trained with him have all said they love him. He's great when he is being himself and not being an a ***hole trying to hype a fight.
