I still think Carolina was a better team, but that doesn't matter anymore.

I'm talking about my apparently controversial statement that a 34-3 defending Final Four team is better than one with double digit losses that couldn't beat Iowa at home.

Got anything other than the New Jersey burn, or is that it?

It matters more when it's emblematic of how a team has played all season long, rather than being one of three blemishes in a top 5 wire-to-wire season--for both Wiscy and Duke.

I'll give you this much: you're at least from Durham.

I can't figure any other reason why any self-respecting North Carolinian would ever pull for a program that has absolutely nothing to do with the state of North Carolina other than that it is based in North Carolina.

So, you gonna beat Utah?

Honestly, I'll be pulling for Utah, because, quite frankly, the Mormon kid that appoached my door the other day here in Knoxville has more to do with North Carolina than Duke does.
