I am ok with the arkansas font. Not a fan of the baylor. What about the sizes of the numbers on the front and back. One thing I noticed about Arkansas front numbers is how tiny they look. Not a fan of that.

I think I'm the only Vol fan in existence that likes the smaller numbers. I also like the Baylor font better, haha.

I recall the Vols having a light blue on thier jerseys in 1987, I don't ever recall grey.

I saw a game-worn version of both the home and away versions at a VFL tailgate last fall. Definitely, 100% gray.

UT has been using that font on recruiting materials for a couple of years, it isn't new.

Probably whatever the newest version of Vapors are at the time.

I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for some Tennessee branded Tech Fleece gear, and some nice UT dri-fit tees, when it comes to fan merch.

Glad they are keeping the Smokey Gray! I don't know if anyone made the comment but I really liked the look of the Smokey Gray tops and white pants from Saturday, looked very nice.

I did too. It was cool seeing them used instead of the red jerseys.

I really like how Jones has made it a true Orange vs. White game with both sides going mono orange and mono white (with the exception of the gray wearers).

Haha that's sort of true. I really just don't like Michael Jordan. I despise his arrogance, I honestly just don't think he is a good person. If you told me Eric Montross, Antawn Jamison, Vince Carter etc. would be involved I would have a different tone. Plus, I don't think having A Jumpman on our football uniforms would be that big of a deal. It's the same stuff.

Edit: That Jumpman logo seems to be working wonders for the UNC basketball program these days. Haha. Recruiting advantage my ass.

1987. The year you're thinking that it was light blue. I don't care if you believe me or not. The trim around the football jersey numbers in 1987 was gray, not light blue.

They did not wear the gray-trimmed orange jerseys for the entire season. Best I can tell, it was only a couple of the games. Someone posted a color photo earlier in this thread.
