The orange pants of the Dooley era looked like a high schooI uniform. The above set-up looks far and away better. But I still like when we wear all white on the road.

I would like to see an orange helmet, gray jersey & orange pants combo. Sweet imo.

On Halloween, we are in Lexington, Kentucky. I think we should come out in orange shirts and orange pants, and Kentucky come out with their black on black uniforms. That would be pretty cool.

Agreed. The 1914 vols wore grey all season & went 9-0. Maybe we would have sum luck wearing grey.

The real question is why are people trying to turn Tennessee into some kind of museum? Ill say this I love the orange and white, Tennessee does have tradition but for the last 10 years its been a tradition of losing so maybe changing things up a little wouldn't hurt. I say if the kids want to wear them then let them, they're the ones busting their asses every week on the field and in the classroom. So if they want it then by all means do it.

I just love the fact that most people quote tradition but they have no clue of the history of Tennessee uniforms. Do a search. You will be shocked at the old uniforms. And try looking prior to 1998 please.

I was raised on the all-white roadies and I still prefer them.

But they can wear whatever the f they want as long as they win.

White jersey with orange pants is just classy as hell. It's a shame we don't wear them anymore.
